Booking

Our Services are in high demand!
It's wise to book 2-3 weeks in advance for solo services
& 4 weeks+ out for couple's services.
Planning ahead will insure you secure a spot.
Filling the Booking Form is required to be booked!

Arrival

Please arrive directly on time for your appointment. Often, therapies are booked outside of our retail shopping hours,

so our doors are kept locked for safety.
Your therapist will open the door at your scheduled time.

Time for the bathroom and settling on the table is built into your scheduled time. No need to arrive early.

However, if you know the shop is open, feel free to come

browse around or relax in our seating area.

Cleanliness

Showering before having your body worked on is important for both personal hygiene and consideration for your therapist.
If possible, please arrive squeaky clean.

How to dress

With the exception of foot or ear treatments,
our massage services require direct contact with the bare skin.
We always advise to undress to whatever you are comfortable with.
For some this means down to just to underwear,
but for others, clothing is an annoyance.
The choice is yours.
Either way, you will be kept modestly covered the entire time

Hair

Ladies (and Gents) Please have the courtesy of
putting your hair up for your service.

It's uncomfortable for the therapists to have your hair get in the way and wrap around their fingers when trying to work on your

neck & shoulders
Keep in mind that every moment we spend trying to get your hair out of our way, is less time our hands are on your muscles.

Phones

Please silence your phone for the duration of your massage.
It's important to disconnect to you can properly relax
and take full advantage of the stress relief your session can offer.

Communication

Make sure to tell your therapist if you need the pressure adjusted, or want more time spent on certain areas of the body.
They are happy to make your experience perfect for you.

Talking

Talk or No Talking?
Well, that depends on you!
Some clients want to connect with the therapist in order to
feel relaxed & comfortable.
Some need to be able to talk to release the pressure on issues that are contributing to their stress. It's surprising how
letting things out can relax the body.
The massage room is a safe space to give voice
to what is burdening you.
We are happy to hold space for you.
Others want serene silence
to compeletly disconnect and drift away.
It's your time. Spend it in the best way for your needs.
Feel free to inform your therapist of how
you would prefer to spend your time.
Either way, will follow your lead.

tipping

To tip or not to tip?
That is entirely up to you!
Some clients love to show their appreciation
to their therapist with a monetary bonus.
Others, classify us as fellow
healthcare workers that generally don't get tipped.
Either way, it's never expected, but always appreciated!
And if you choose to tip, please understand that
each therapist accepts cash only and
tips cannot be charged to the business.
